Analysis of Polyphenolic Compounds

Standards of trans-caftaric acid, quercetin glucoside and procyanidin dimers B1, B2, B3, B4, and trimer C1 were purchased from Phytolab (Vestenbergsgreuth, Germany).

Evaluation of Cisplatin's Antioxidant Effects

Except stated otherwise, all other chemicals and reagents were of analytical grades and the water was glass-distilled.

Mitochondrial ROS Quantification Assay

Synthesis and Purification of Manganese Porphyrins
