Solid Phase Infrared Spectroscopy
FTIR Analysis of Lipopeptide Spectra
were recorded using a Thermo-Scientific Nicolet iS5 instrument with
a deuterated triglycine sulfate (DTGS) detector, with a Specac Pearl
liquid cell containing CaF2 plates, where the sample was
fixed. A total of 128 scans for each sample were recorded over the
range of 900–4000 cm–1.
Infrared Spectroscopy of Aqueous Solutions
recorded using a Thermo Scientific Nicolet iS5 instrument equipped
with a DTGS detector, with a Specac Pearl liquid cell (sample contained
between fixed CaF2 plates). Spectra (1 wt % sample in H2O) were scanned 128 times over the range of 900–4000
cm–1.
IR Spectra Acquisition and Analysis
on a Thermo Scientific Nicolet iS5 with a Specac Golden Gate Reflection
Diamond ATR System. All data were processed with a Thermo Scientific
OMNIC 8.3.103. All samples were measured in the native state at room
temperature (solid state, unless liquid at room temperature).

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
