Glutathione gsh kit

Sodium deoxyribonucleic acid salt (derived from salmon sperm) was purchased from Sigma. The mass concentration of DNA in the sodium deoxyribonucleic acid salt of 0.02 mg/mL was determined by NanoDrop to be 1.25 mg DNA/mg sodium deoxyribonucleic acid sodium salt. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (0.5%) was used to prepare suspensions containing DNA with final concentrations of 10 mg/kg (low dose), 50 mg/kg (medium dose), and 300 mg/kg (high dose), respectively. Olive oil was purchased from Hangzhou Guanlai Trading Co. Ltd.; CCl₄ was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd, diluted with olive oil. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) kit, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) kit, superoxide dismutase (SOD) kit, malondialdehyde (MDA) kit, glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px) kit, and glutathione (GSH) kit were all purchased from Nanjing Jiancheng Biological Engineering Co. Ltd, while ELISA kits TNF‐α and IL‐6 were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA. TUNEL (terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT)‐mediated dUTP nick end labeling) apoptosis kit and bicinchoninic acid (BCA) protein concentration determination kit were purchased from Beijing Solarbio Science & Technology Co. Ltd. β‐Actin antibody was purchased from Affinity and other antibodies were purchased from ProteinTech Group.

Luteolin and DTT were obtained from Aladdin (China). 1,4-butanediol diacrylate (BDD) was purchased from TCI (Shanghai, China). Dextran sulfate sodium (DSS, 35000 ​Da) was purchased from MP Biomedical (USA). Mouse Th1/Th2/Th17 CBA Kit, Cytofix/CytopermSoln Kit, Leuko Act Cktl with GolgiPlug, Transcription Factor Buffer Set, Fixable Viability Stain 780, FITC-Anti-CD4 antibody, BV605-Anti-IL-17A antibody, APC-Anti–INF–γ antibody and PE-Anti-IL-4 antibody were purchased from BD Biosciences (San Diego, USA). PE-Anti-FOXP3 antibody was purchased from eBiosciences (San Diego, CA). Myeloperoxidase (MPO) kit, glutathione (GSH) kit and ROS kit were supplied by Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Nanjing, China). The BCA protein determination kit and Reactive Oxygen Species Assay Kit were purchased from Beyotime Biotechnology (China). Mouse Beta Actin antibody, Mouse Occludin antibody and Mouse ZO-1 antibody for western blotting were purchased from Proteintech (China). SYBR Premix Ex Taq™, Trizol reagent and PrimeScript™ RT 131 Master Mix were obtained from TaKaRa Bio (China). All other reagents are commercially available and can be used directly. All the solvents used were of analytical grade and were procured from Sinopharm (China).

The animal experiment was approved by the Experimental Animal Care Ethics Committee of Northwest A&F University. A total of 320 ICR mice (male, 9 weeks old) with an average weight of 33 ± 2 g, SPF grade, were purchased from Vital River Laboratory Animal Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China) (Approval Number: SCXK (Beijing) 2012-0001). Before the experiment, all experimental animals were bred adaptively in the animal room for one week. The conditions in the animal room were controlled as follows: the humidity was set to 55% ± 5% and the temperature was set to 25 ± 2 ℃, a 12-h circadian rhythm was ensured, and the experimental animals could drink water and eat freely. After all the mice had adapted to the environment, the experiment was started.
The aspartate aminotransferase (AST) kit, the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) kit, the total bilirubin (TBIL) kit, the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) kit, the total triglyceride (TC) kit, the total cholesterol (TG) kit, the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) kit, the catalase (CAT) kit, the glutathione (GSH) kit, the superoxide dismutase (SOD) kit, and the malonaldehyde (MDA) kit were purchased from Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (China).
