Cytotoxicity Assay of Ectopic Stromal Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Ectopic stromal cells were seeded in 96-well plates (2 × 104 cells/well) and cultured at 37 °C with 5% CO2. 24 h later, ectopic stromal cells were incubated with different concentrations of GOx and BSA-GOx-NPs for another 12 h. 10 μL Cell Counting Kit-8 (E-CK-A362, Elabscience) was added to each well and incubated at 37 °C for 30 min. Then, the absorbance of plate was measured at 450 nm using a microplate reader (Nano Quant, Tecan).

Cell Proliferation Assay using CCK-8

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) (E-CK-A362, Elabscience Biotechnology) was utilized to evaluate the proliferative capacity of cells. Cells were seeded into a 96-well plate, then 10 μL CCK-8 reagent was introduced into each well at different timepoint of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and incubated for 2 hours at 37°C. Following this, the absorbance at 450 nm was determined. The average OD values of three wells were calculated, and three repeated experiments were performed.

Cytotoxicity Assay of PM2.5 Exposure

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
After cells were cultured with PM2.5 for 24 hr, 10 μL/well CCK-8 solution (E-CK-A362, Elabscience Biotechnology Co.,Ltd, China) was added and incubated for 2 h. Then, the absorbance was measured at 450 nm using a microplate reader (Norgen Biotek Corp., Canada).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
