Pe conjugated anti cd73 antibody

Manufactured by BD
Sourced in United States

The PE conjugated anti-CD73 antibody is a laboratory tool used for the identification and analysis of CD73-expressing cells. CD73 is an enzyme involved in the regulation of extracellular adenosine levels. This antibody is conjugated to the fluorescent dye phycoerythrin (PE), enabling the detection and quantification of CD73-positive cells through flow cytometry or other immunoassay techniques.

Isolation and Characterization of CD73+ Retinal Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Retinas were isolated from enucleated eyes, incubated with 0.25% Trypsin for 15 minutes. Then, retinas were treated with 20% fetal bovine serum and DNaseI, dissociated into single cells and stained with PE conjugated anti-Cd73 antibody (BD Pharmingen) for 30 minutes on ice. Retinas were washed with 2% bovine serum albumin and stained with propidium iodide. Cd73 negative and positive cells were collected using FACSAria II (BD).

Mesenchymal Marker Expression in hMSCs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The expression of mesenchymal markers was analyzed by flow cytometry in hMSCs (T = 0 h), hMSCs-derived adipocytes (T = 20 day), and hypertrophic-like adipocytes (T = 32 day). The cells were incubated with PE-conjugated anti-CD73 antibody and FITC-conjugated anti-CD90 antibody, as well as with dye/isotype-matched antibodies (all from BD Biosciences, USA). The incubation was carried for 30 min at 4 °C in a dark environment. Afterward, unbound antibodies were washed out and the samples were processed by a BD FACS canto II (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA) and analyzed using BD FACSDiva software. For each sample, 104 events were acquired. Cells were counted and compared with the signals of the corresponding antibody isotype controls.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
