Vandetanib Cytotoxicity in Breast Cancer

MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 (ATCC, Manassas, VA, USA) were cultured in DMEM (Gibco, Billings, MT, USA) medium supplied with other factors in an incubator (SANYO, Osaka, Japan) at 37°C with 5% CO2. Characterization of OCT1 Transporter Activity

Human embryonic kidney (HEK293) cells were obtained from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC, Manassas, VA).
