Pe conjugated cd11c

Manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific
Sourced in United States

PE-conjugated CD11c is a fluorescently labeled antibody that binds to the CD11c cell surface marker. CD11c is expressed on the surface of dendritic cells, macrophages, and some other myeloid cells. The PE (Phycoerythrin) fluorescent label allows for the detection and analysis of CD11c-positive cells using flow cytometry or other fluorescence-based techniques.

Splenocytes were incubated with anti-mouse CD16/CD32 and then stained with all antibodies and 7-aminoactinomycin D (7-AAD) for 30 min at 4°C. After staining, the cells were washed three times and were counted using MACSQuant flow cytometry (Miltenyi Biotech). The following antibodies were used: Purified rat anti-mouse CD16/CD32, BV421-conjugated anti-mouse F4/80, APC-conjugated anti-mouse CD45R/B220, V500 simian-conjugated anti-mouse CD3e, FITC-conjugated anti-mouse NK1.1 were purchased from BD Biosciences (San Diego, CA, USA). PE-Cy7-conjugated anti-mouse MHC-II and PE-conjugated CD11c were purchased from eBioscience. PE-Texas Red-conjugated anti-mouse CD11b were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA).

To block mouse Fc receptors, the cell suspension was incubated with FcBlock in Staining Buffer (5 μg/mL at a cell density of 1 × 106/mL, BD Biosciences, USA) for 15 min on ice. The pellets were subsequently labeled with fluorophore-conjugated antibodies, including APC-eFluor® 780–conjugated F4/80 (eBioscience, USA), PE-conjugated CD11c (eBioscience, USA), and Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated CD206 (Biolegend, China). The background fluorescence was quantified using an APC IgG к isotype control (eBioscience, USA), PE IgG isotype control (Invitrogen, USA), and Alexa Fluor® 647 IgG к isotype control (BioLegend, USA). Cells were measured on a Beckman Gallios flow cytometer and analyzed using Kaluza software (Beckman Coulter, USA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
