Bovine pancreatic ribonuclease A (RNase A) and polyethylene glycol (PEG2000N) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich Chemical Co. (St. Louis, MO, USA). Citric acid (CA, analytical grade) was bought from Shanghai Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). 3-[4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2yl]-2,5-diphenylterazolium bromide (MTT) was obtained from Invitrogen Corporation (Carlsbad, CA, USA). MGC-803 cell lines were obtained from the Cell Bank of Type Culture Collection of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Cell culture products and reagents, unless pointed out, were all purchased from Gibco (Invitrogen Corporation, Carlsbad, CA, USA). All chemical reagents were used without further purification. All solutions were made with purified water (with a low electroconductivity of 18.2 MΩ cm).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
