Anti icos l

Manufactured by BioLegend

anti-ICOS-L is a laboratory research reagent that binds to the ICOS-L (Inducible T-cell COStimulator Ligand) protein. ICOS-L is a member of the B7 family of costimulatory molecules and plays a role in the regulation of T-cell activation and function. The anti-ICOS-L reagent can be used in various in vitro and in vivo research applications to study the biological functions of the ICOS-L protein.

Inhibition of ICOS/ICOS-L pathway in mice

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For inhibition of the ICOS/ICOS-L pathway, mice were injected on d 0 with 250 μg of anti-ICOS-L or the appropriate isotype control mAb (BioLegend, San Diego, CA). Mice were then injected in the footpad with papain, and cytokine production in the PLN was assessed after 5 d.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
