Immune Cell Profiling from Lung Samples

Cells (2 × 106) from lung single-cell suspensions or cells from 400 μl of BALF were stained with Fixable Viability Dye eFluor780 (Affymetrix eBioscience) and then blocked with anti-murine CD16/CD32 (Affymetrix eBioscience).
