Histone Acetylation Inhibitor Evaluation

Primary rabbit anti-human acetyl-histone H3 and acetyl-histone H4 (Millipore) were used for chromatin immunoprecipitation. Epigenetic Modulation in Brain Tumor Cells

RNA recovery and purity were determined by NanoDrop Spectrophotometer ND-1000 (Thermo Fischer Scientific, Waltham, MA). cDNA libraries were synthesized using iScript cDNA Synthesis Kit (Bio-Rad, Hercules, CA) and Q-RT-PCR was performed using Roche Lightcycler 96 (Roche, Indianapolis, IN) according to manufacturer’s instructions.
