Pe anti rat cd45
PE anti-rat CD45 is a fluorescently-labeled antibody that binds to the CD45 antigen expressed on the surface of rat leukocytes. CD45 is a pan-leukocyte marker that is present on all cells of hematopoietic origin. The PE fluorescent label allows for detection and analysis of CD45-positive cells using flow cytometry.

Flow Cytometry Analysis of TDSC Markers
Characterization of Rat Bone Marrow Stromal Cells
Samples were analyzed using a flow cytometer FACS Calibur (BD Biosciences) operated by CellQuest software and at least 20,000 events were collected per sample. Data were analyzed using WinMDI software (Version 2.8). Forward and side scatter profiles were obtained from the same samples.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
