Testosterone rat mouse elisa

After 22 weeks on the diet, males were fasted overnight, and blood plasma (approximately 500 μl) was collected postmortem by a cardiac puncture under anesthesia with 5% (w/v) Avertin (2-2-2 tribromethanol, Sigma Aldrich).
