Ac-YVAD-CMK (YVAD; 10014) was from Cayman Chemical Company. Rapamycin (S1039) was obtained from Selleck Chemicals. The following antibodies were from commercial sources: anti-PARK7/DJ-1 (ab4150), anti-CTSB (abcam, ab58802); anti-RPN1 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, sc-12164); anti-FN1 (610077), anti-CAV1 (BD Biosciences, 610060); anti-VDAC1 (Merck, AP1059); anti-LMNA (2032), anti-CASP3 (9662), anti-ATG16L1 (8089), anti-phospho-AMPK Thr172 (2535), anti-phospho-ULK1 Ser555 (5869), anti-phospho-RPS6KB1/p70S6K Thr389 (Cell Signaling Technology, 9234); and anti-LC3B (L7543), and anti-ACTB (Sigma-Aldrich, A5441). Monoclonal antibody against PARK7 (Clone 3843) was prepared as previously described [62]. All other chemicals, of analytical grade, were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich or Wako.
