Fts 185 spectrometer
The FTS-185 spectrometer is a laboratory instrument designed for spectroscopic analysis. It is capable of measuring the absorption or emission spectra of various samples across a range of wavelengths. The core function of the FTS-185 is to provide accurate and reliable spectroscopic data for scientific research and applications.

FT-IR Spectroscopy of Organic Compounds
Polymer Characterization by Advanced Techniques
Characterization of Glycopolymer Precursors
FT-IR spectra. FT-IR spectra were recorded on a Bio-Rad FTS-185 spectrometer at room temperature in the wavelength ranging from 4000 to 500 cm À1 with 4 cm À1 spectral resolution (64 times scanned).
Gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Average molecular weights (M n and M w ) and polydispersity indices (M w /M n ) of the glycopolymer precursors were measured at 35 1C on a PerkinElmer 200 GPC equipped with a refractive index detector (RI). Tetrahydrofuran was utilized as the eluent at a flowing rate of 1.0 mL min À1 , and a series of commercial polystyrene standards (Polymer laboratories, UK) were applied to calibrate the GPC elution traces (Table 1).
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
