Pregabalin Formulation Development

Formulation and Characterization of a Nifedipine-Loaded Topical Cream

Morphine-Infused Wound Ointment Preparation

Pharmacological-grade morphine (Baxter Esilerderle Mfd. Healthcare Corporation, Cherry Hill, NJ, USA) was added to the ointment base in our laboratory. The ointment base consisted of cetomacrogol 1000, Vaseline, liquid paraffin, methylparaben, and propylparaben (Sigma-Aldrich, Prague, Czech Republic), cetostearyl alcohol, and water. Morphine was added to this ointment in 1.5 mg/mL doses.
