Analytical graded Na2HPO4, NaCl, KCl, K2HPO4 and HCl were obtained from Merck Darmstadt, Germany for the preparation of buffer saline solution. All chemicals were used without any purification.

The phosphate buffer saline (PBS) solution was prepared using sodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, di-potassium hydrogen phosphate, and hydrochloric acid obtained from Merck, Darmstadt, Germany and used without any purification.
