Rabbit monoclonal anti-phospho-p44/42 MAPK (pERK, #4370S) was purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA, USA). Fluorescent conjugated anti-tubulin (#A322588), anti-phalloidin (#A12380) were obtained from Invitrogen/Life Technology (Carlsbad, CA, USA).
