Radioimmunoprecipitation lysis buffer (Beyotime, Shanghai, China) freshly mixed with a protease and phosphatase inhibitor cocktail (Thermo Scientific, Rockford, Cambridge, MA) was used to isolate proteins from cells or tissues.
