Single-cell suspensions were incubated with fluorescently-labeled monoclonal antibodies for 30 min at 4°C. The following antibodies were used: phycoerythrin-labeled anti-F4/80 (Biolegend), Alexa 488-labeled anti-CD3 (Ligatis) and allophycocyanin-labeled anti-Ly6G (Biolegend). To evaluate cell viability, cells were stained with AnV (annexin V)-FITC (Biolegend) and Propidium Iodide according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Cells were acquired within the 2 hours after staining on a FACSAria flow cytometer (BD Biosciences) and analyzed using Cyflogic software.
