Samples were separated under reducing conditions on 12% Tris-glycine gels and transferred to nitrocellulose membranes (Life Technologies) and probed with anti-c-myc mAb (clone 9E10 (Abcam, Cambridge, UK), followed by incubation with an IRDye800-conjugated donkey anti-mouse IgG (H&L) (Rockland Immunochemicals, Gilbertsville, PA, USA).
