The percentages of T cell subpopulations in the spleens of mice in the experimental groups were detected by flow cytometry. Then, the cells were washed twice with pre-cooled PBS, resuspended in PBS and analysed with a FACSAria ow cytometer (BD Biosciences) with 20,000 total events/sample. Data were analysed by FlowJo software (Tree Star Inc.).
