Fxcycle pi rnase kit
The FxCycle PI/RNAse kit is a flow cytometry reagent used for DNA content analysis. It contains propidium iodide (PI) and RNase A to stain cellular DNA and eliminate RNA interference, enabling the measurement of DNA content in cells.

DNA Content Analysis by FACS
Cell Cycle and Apoptosis Analysis
Cell cycle analysis was performed using FxCycle PI/RNase kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Warsaw, Poland) and the analysis of apoptosis was performed by dual staining with Annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide (PI) (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Warsaw, Poland) following the manufacturer’s protocol. For both assays, 106 cells/mL suspensions were used. Samples were analyzed using the Cell Quest and FCS Express 6 software.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
