Goat anti rabbit horseradish peroxidase conjugated iggs

Manufactured by Santa Cruz Biotechnology

Goat anti-rabbit horseradish peroxidase-conjugated IgGs are secondary antibodies produced in goats and directed against rabbit immunoglobulins. These antibodies are conjugated to the enzyme horseradish peroxidase, which can be used as a detection system in various immunoassays and immunohistochemical applications.

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Anti-human CYP2J2 antibodies used for immunoblot analysis were prepared as described previously (King et al. 2002 (link)). Anti-rat CYP4A antibodies and anti-human CYP4F11 antibodies were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA). Anti-human CYP4F3 antibodies were purchased from Abnova (Taipei, Taiwan). Anti-human CYP4F12 antibodies were purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA). The secondary antibodies (goat anti-mouse, donkey anti-goat, and goat anti-rabbit horseradish peroxidase-conjugated IgGs) were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology. Polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membranes and reagents for enhanced chemiluminescence were purchased from GE Healthcare (Piscataway, NJ). [1-14C] Lauric acid was purchased from American Radiolabeled Chemicals (St. Louis, MO). All other chemicals and reagents were of electrophoresis or analytical grade where appropriate.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
