Fecal Genomic DNA was Extracted with a Fecal DNA Extraction kit (TIANGEN, Beijing, China) Following the manufacturer’s Instructions. Amplification of the Near-Full-Length 16S Rrna Genes was Performed With the 27F/1390R Primers. Next, the Constructed Library was Sequenced on the Pacbio Sequel Platform. The High-Quality Reads Were Analyzed With QIIME Software (Stearns et al., 2011 (link)). The Qualified Sequences Were Clustered Into Operational Taxonomic Units (OTUs) at 97% Similarity. Raw Data for the 16S Rrna Sequences Were Submitted to the Genbank Databases Under Accession Number PRJNA863912.
