Fetal bovine serum (FBS), Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) and Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI) medium were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (Waltham, MA, USA). All standard phytochemicals were of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) grade, and all other chemicals were of analytical grade.

Evaluation of Antioxidant and Enzyme Inhibition Potential

The absorbance of reaction mixture in Folin-Ciocalteu, DPPH and FRAP assays were measured using a Genesys 20 spectrophotometer (Thermo Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA).

The water used for experiments was treated in a Milli-Q water purification system.
