Pcdna4c hbrd4
The pcDNA4c hBrd4 is a plasmid vector that expresses the human Bromodomain-containing protein 4 (Brd4) gene. Brd4 is a member of the bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) family of proteins and plays a role in regulating gene expression.

Targeting BRD4 for Cancer Therapeutics
The pcDNA4c hBrd4 was obtained from Addgene (Plasmid 14441), and the amino acid change T249P was modified by Longqian Biotech. Viafect Transfection Reagent was used for transfection. BRD4 expression level was detected by qRT-PCR and western blotting.
pGMLV-SC5 RNAi vectors encoding BRD4 (5′-CCTGATTACTATAAGATCA-3′) were constructed by Genomeditech (Shanghai, China). NOZ cells were infected at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 80 in complete culture medium for 24 h. qRT-PCR and western blotting were used to examine the knockdown efficiency.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
