On target plus control non targeting pool
The ON‐TARGET plus Control Non‐Targeting Pool is a collection of non-targeting siRNA sequences designed for use as a control in RNA interference experiments. The pool contains multiple siRNA sequences that are not predicted to target any known gene in the human, mouse, or rat genome, allowing for the assessment of non-specific effects in gene silencing studies.

Adipolin regulates Angiotensin-induced damage in HK-2 and podocyte cells
Conditionally immortalized murine MPC-5 podocyte clonal cells (University of Bristol) were maintained in RPMI1640 medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum, 10 IU/ml recombinant murine interferon-γ (Wako) at 33°C for proliferating cells. To induce differentiation, MPC-5 cells were incubated at 5% CO2 at 37°C without interferon-γ for 14 days.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
