A Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell culture medium containing monoclonal antibody was obtained from manufacturing technology association of pharmaceutical that asked for confidentiality. All other reagents were of analytical grade and were purchased from KISHIDA Chemicals (Tokyo, Japan).
