C57BL/6, Ccr2−/−, Stat6−/−, Rag1−/−, Argflox, Tie2-Cre and OT-II mice were purchased from The Jackson Laboratory. Generation of Alk-mutant strains is described in Supplementary Materials and Methods. All mice used in this study were bred and housed within a single cubicle and maintained in a 12-hour day–night cycle with constant temperature and humidity. The SJCRH Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee approved all studies performed.
