106 mESCs were plated in each well of a 24-well plate. Cells were fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde for 5 min at room temperature and then were stained by INT/BCIP (Brown) kit (Sangon Biotech, Cat.# C500033-0005) for 15 min at 37°C. T/C28a2 cells were used as the negative controls.
