After treatment, HT22 cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cells were harvested by digestion with Trypsin. After centrifugation at 1000 rpm, cells were resuspended in ice-cold lysis buffer (Beyotime Biotechnology, Cat# P0013C) for 30 min on ice. Lysates were centrifugated at 10,000g for 10 min and the supernatant was collected.
