Analytical grade standards of 6′-sialyllactose (6′-SL) sodium salt, 3′-sialyllactose (3′-SL) sodium salt, 3′-sialyl-N-acetyllactosamine, 3′-galactosyl-lactose, 4′-galactosyl-lactose, and 6′-galactosyl-lactose were purchased from Carbosynth (Berkshire, UK), whereas 3α,4β-galacto-triose was obtained from Dextra Laboratories (Reading, UK) and 2′-fucosyllactose (2′-FL) was from V-Laboratories (Covington, LA, USA). Nylon FH membranes (0.22 μm; Millipore, Bedford, MA, USA) were used for filtering ACN:water (50:50, v:v) standard solutions before injection.
Nylon fh membranes
Nylon FH membranes are a type of lab equipment produced by Merck Group. They are designed for use in various filtration applications. The membranes are made of nylon material and provide a stable and reliable filtration solution for laboratory settings.

Analytical grade standards ( > 99%) of LNnT, LNT, LNnH, 2Hex–1HexNAc, 3Hex, 6ʹ-SLN, 6ʹ-SL and 3ʹ-SL were purchased from V-Labs (Covington, LA, USA). Standard solutions and samples were filtered through nylon FH membranes (0.22 µm; Millipore, Bedford, MA, USA) before injection in the HPAEC-PAD system.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
