(Wuxi, China). Black opaque 96-well plates were supported by Jet Bio-Filtration Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou, China). Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM), trypsin, penicillin, streptomycin, 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT), propidium iodide (PI) and Calcein-AM were bought from Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd.
