Anti arp5

DMSO, G418, and doxycycline hyclate (DOX) were purchased from Nacalai Tesque (Kyoto, Japan), Adipogen Life Sciences (Liestal, Switzerland), and Cayman Chemical Company (Ann Arbor, MI, USA), respectively. The following antibodies were used: anti‐FLAG (Sigma‐Aldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA), anti‐HA (Roche Applied Science, Penzberg, Germany), anti‐Myc (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc, Dallas, TX, USA), anti‐Arp5 (Proteintech, Rosemont, IL, USA), anti‐GAPDH (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA), anti‐ACTA2 (Sigma‐Aldrich), anti‐Collagen I (Novus Biologicals, Centennial, CO, USA), and anti‐GFP (Proteintech) antibodies.

Western blotting was performed, as previously described (Morita and Hayashi, 2018 (link)). Briefly, total proteins were extracted from cells with 2% sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) sample buffer. The proteins were electrophoretically separated using 10% polyacrylamide gels and then transferred to polyvinylidene difluoride membranes. For western blotting, anti-Arp5 (Proteintech), anti-MyoG (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc), anti-MyoD (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc), anti-MYF6 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc), anti-MHC (Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank), anti-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) (Thermo Fisher Scientific), anti-FLAG (Sigma-Aldrich), anti-HA (Roche Applied Science), and anti-Myc (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc) antibodies were used as primary antibodies.
