Water, acetonitrile and methanol (LC-MS grade) were purchased from Biosolve (Biosolve, Dieuze, France). Ammonia solution (25% in water) (Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany) was Suprapur® grade and was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA).
