Nutrient hyaluronidase from bovine testes type IV-S (1400 U/ml, H3884) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich, part of Merck (Steinheim, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany). Water was deionized using a Milli-Q water purification system (Millipore, part of Merck, Bedford, MA, USA).
