Antibody against p-CDK1 (Thr 161) was purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA, USA). Anti-p85α, anti-Akt, and p-Akt (Ser 473) antibodies were purchased from BD PharMingen. Antibodies against p21, CDK1, CDK2, cyclin A, cyclin B1, cyclin D, cyclin E, and p110α were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology. Anti-pan-cadherin, anti-PTEN, and anti-PTEN (Ser 380/Thr 382/385) antibodies were obtained from Thermo Fisher Scientific (New York, NY, USA). Antibodies against β-actin, hemagglutinin (HA)-epitope tag, and FLAG-epitope tag were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich. Peroxidase-conjugated anti-mouse IgG, anti-goat IgG, and anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibodies were purchased from Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratory (West Grove, PA, USA).

Antibodies against caspase-3, caspase-9, and caspase-12 were obtained from Calbiochem (San Diego, CA, USA). Anti- p85α -Akt, -phospho (p)-Akt (Ser 473), BAX, BAK, BCL-2, BCL-_XL, and cytochrome c (Cyt c) antibodies were purchased from BD PharMingen. Antibodies directed against acid sphingomyelinase (ASM), BAD, p-BAD (Ser 128), p-BCL-2 (Ser 87), Bid, calnexin, p-CDK1 (Thr 161), Cyt c oxidase subunit II (Cox-2), and MCL-1 were obtained from Abcam (Cambridge, MA, USA). Antibodies against CD55, CD71, nucleolin, p21, CDK1, CDK2, cyclin A, cyclin B1, cyclin D, cyclin E, p110α, poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), and Rac1 were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology. Anti-pan-cadherin, anti-PTEN, and anti-p-PTEN (Ser 380/Thr 382/Ser 385) antibodies were obtained from Thermo Fisher Scientific (New York, NY, USA). Antibodies against β-actin, p-BCL-2 (Thr 69), p-BCL-_XL (Ser 62), FLAG-epitope tag, and α-tubulin were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated streptavidin was provided from Thermo Fisher Scientific (New York, NY, USA). HRP-conjugated anti-mouse, -goat, and -rabbit IgG secondary antibodies were purchased from Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratory (West Grove, PA, USA).

Samples containing equivalent amounts of protein were electrophoresed on SDS‒PAGE gel. The proteins were then transferred to Immobilon-FL polyvinylidene difluoride membranes (Millipore Sigma) and blocked with Odyssey blocking buffer (LI-COR; Lincoln, NE). The membranes were incubated with primary antibodies in Odyssey blocking buffer supplemented with 0.2% Tween 20. After incubation with fluorescent dye-conjugated secondary antibodies, the proteins of interest were detected using a ChemiDoc MP imaging system (Bio-Rad). The following primary and secondary antibodies were used for Western blot analysis: anti-KIAA0930 (NBP2-84553) from Novus Biologicals (Centennial, CO, USA); anti-FLAG (F1804); anti-HSP90 (#4877) and anti-COXIV (#4850) from Cell Signaling Technology; anti-pan-Cadherin (#71-7100) and anti-ß-actin from Thermo Scientific; anti-PDI (ab2792) and Alexa Fluor 647-conjugated anti-rabbit or anti-mouse IgG from Abcam (Boston, MA, USA). For HiBiT tag detection, proteins were transferred to nitrocellulose membranes (Bio-Rad), and the Nano-Glo^® HiBiT Blotting System (Promega) was used.
