Species specific immunoassay elisa kits

Manufactured by R&D Systems
Sourced in United Kingdom

Species-specific immunoassay ELISA kits are laboratory tools used to detect and quantify specific proteins or analytes in biological samples. These kits utilize the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique and are designed to work with samples from a particular species.

Quantification of Inflammatory Cytokines in Prostate

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
We quantified the expression of IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8 by species-specific immunoassay ELISA kits (R&D Systems Europe, Abingdon, UK) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Absorbance was read at a wavelength of 450 nm in a microplate reader (Synergy H1 M; BioTek, Winooski, VT, USA). The prostates of each group were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE; Sigma, St. Louis, MO, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions. After ESHT, prostates were collected and stored at −80℃ until use. Digital images were obtained using a Zeiss LSM 510 Meta confocal microscope (Zeiss).

Cytokine Quantification of BM-MSCs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The concentration of SDF-1, VEGF and bFGF were measured by species-specific immunoassay ELISA kits (R&D Systems Europe, Abingdon, UK) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. BM-MSCs and empty vector engineered BM-MSCs at passage 10 were cultured for 12 h in a constant-temperature incubator, and then 1 mL of the medium was collected. Absorbance was read at a wavelength of 450 nm using a microplate reader (Synergy H1 M, Biotek, Winooski, VT, USA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
