Rat mouse gh elisa

Manufactured by Merck Group
Sourced in United States

The Rat/Mouse Growth Hormone (GH) ELISA is a quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the measurement of growth hormone levels in rat and mouse serum or plasma samples. The assay employs specific antibodies and a colorimetric detection system to determine the concentration of GH in the tested samples.

Quantifying Rat GH in GH3 Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
GH3 cells were plated in duplicates in six-well plates at a density of 1.5 × 105 cells/well. The following day and after 24 h from the first treatment, cell culture medium was replaced with medium containing OCT and PAS or vehicle as CTR. After 24 and 48 h from the first treatment, cell culture media were collected and stored at − 80° C until analyzed. Rat GH was measured by a rat/mouse GH ELISA (EMD Millipore, Billerica, Massachusetts, cat. #EZRMGH-45K) according to the manufacturer’s procedure.

Murine Growth Hormone ELISA Quantification

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Murine GH was measured by a rat/mouse GH ELISA (EMD Millipore, Billerica,
Massachusetts, USA) in medium collected from the GC cultures, post-transfected
with siRNAs according to the manufacture’s instructions. GH levels
were analyzed in quadruplicate.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
