HPLC-Q-TOF-MS Analysis of Chlorogenic Acid, Rutin, and Quercetin

Acetonitrile and formic acid (HPLC-grade) were purchased from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany) and ROE (Newark, New Castle, United States), respectively. Biochemical reagents, including E.Z.N.A.®, Soil DNA Kit (Omega Bio-Tek, United States), FastPfu Polymerase (TransGen, China), AxyPrep DNA Gel Extraction Kit (Axygen, United States), NEXTFLEX®, Rapid DNA-Seq Kit (Bioo Scientific, United States), MiSeq Reagent Kit v3 (Illumina, United States) and agArose (Biowest, Spain) were purchased from Solarbio Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China) and used for 16S rRNA analysis.

Flavonoids Regulate TGF-β1 Signaling

Antioxidant and Immune Response in BVDV

Hsp70 lentivirus was purchased from Hanbio Technology Co., Ltd. Antioxidant Activity of Olive Leaf Extracts

The Manzanillo variety of olive trees was cultivated in the commercial olive orchards of Xichang, Sichuan. Olive leaves were collected in April and July, 2017. The leaves were washed and dried at 45 °C, and then ground into powder by a high speed mill (FW177, Taisite Instrument Co., Ltd., Tinjin, China). The powder was stored at −20 °C.

All other reagents were analytical grade and obtained from Chengdu Kelong Chemical Factory (Chengdu, China).
