Micronized Compound I was weighed into a vial (1.8 mg) and propylenglycol monolaurate [Lauroglycol FCC from Gattefossé] was added (100 μL). The sample was agitated by vortex at room temperature. No clear solution was obtained. More proplenglycol monolaurate was added in portions (2×100 μL) and a clear solution was obtained after agitation by vortex.
