Protein Analysis of Mitochondrial Regulators

Whole‐cell lysis was prepared with RIPA buffer (Beyotime, P0013B) and centrifuged at 12,000 g for 15 minutes. Protein concentrations were measured using Pierce® BCA protein assay kit (Thermo Scientific, 23225).
