Dectin-1–TLR2 double-deficient (Clec7a^−/−Tlr2^−/− ) mice were bred and maintained in house. Mice were group-housed with a 12-h light/dark cycle and ad libitum access to food and water. All animal handling and surgical procedures were performed in compliance with national guidelines and approved by the University of Michigan and the Ohio State University Committees on Use and Care of Animals.
