Tocrifluor

HS-PEG-NHS (MW = 10 kDa) was purchased from Nanocs. Dithiolalkanearomatic PEG6-COOH was purchased from Sensopath Technologies. DRD1, GPR55, and ADRB2 HSV-1 virions were engineered using the VirD technology. D1 antagonist and B2 antagonist (CA200773 and CA200656) were purchased from Hellobio, and Tocrifluor was purchased from Tocris. Other chemicals were from Sigma-Aldrich. Deionized (DI) water with resistivity of18.2 MΩ/cm, filtrated with 0.45 μm filter, was used in all the experiments.

Multimode optical fibers (125 μm in diameter) were purchased from Thorlabs, Inc. Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) was purchased from Mediatech Inc. GPR55 (G protein-coupled receptor 55) and ADRB2 (beta-2 adrenergic receptor) HSV-1 virions were engineered using VirD technology²⁶ and provided by Prof. Heng Zhu and Prof. Prashant J. Desai at Johns Hopkins University. B2 antagonist (CA200693) was purchased from Hellobio, Tocrifluor was purchased from Tocris. Deionized (DI) water with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ·cm⁻¹ filtered through a 0.45 μm filter was used in all experiments. Other chemicals were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich.
