Comprehensive Protein Extraction and Analysis

For protein extraction, all cell lines were lysed in RIPA buffer or in a less stringent buffer (20 mM Tris HCl pH 8, 137 mM NaCl, 1% NP-40, 2 mM ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA)) for the SRSF3 ISO2 (SRSF3-TR) detection.
