Immunohistochemical Analysis of POLD1, POLD3, and PD-L1 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Tissue microarrays containing 10 HCC samples and 10 adjacent normal liver samples with associated clinicopathological information were purchased from Shanghai Outdo Biotech Co. Ltd. (Cat# HLivH020PG02-M-255, China). Immunohistochemical staining (IHC) assays were performed on a tissue microarray using anti-POLD1 antibody (Cat#383045, dilution 1:200, ZEN-BIO, Chengdu, China), anti-POLD3 antibody (Cat#bs-2755R, dilution 1:200, Bioss, Boston, USA) and anti-PDL1 antibody (Cat#GB14132, dilution 1:200, Servicebio, Wuhan, China). The IHC staining score (H-score) can be divided into two parts: staining intensity and percentage of positive tumor cells. Staining intensity was classified as 0 (no staining), 1 (weak staining), 2 (moderate staining), and 3 (strong staining). The percentage of positive tumor cells was classified as 1+ (≤25%), 2+ (26–50%), 3+ (51–75%), and 4+ (>75%). The final expression scores were calculated by multiplying the two variables together.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
