After through washing, the membranes were probed with Invitrogen anti-rabbit IgG (H + L) highly cross-adsorbed secondary antibody (Cat#A16035) and anti-mouse IgG (H + L) highly cross-adsorbed secondary antibody (Cat#A16017). Immunoreactive proteins were visualized by an enhanced chemiluminescence kit (ECL Plus, GE Healthcare). The blotting images were analyzed using ImageJ (NIH).
