Bovine serum albumin (BSA) and Tween-20 were obtained from Solarbio (Beijing, China). EDC was obtained from TCI (Shanghai, China). COOH-modified europium nanoparticles (EuNPs) were obtained from Thermo (USA). Mouse anti-pig monoclonal IgG antibodies and rabbit anti-goat IgG antibodies were obtained from Beijing Biolab Technology (Beijing, China). Goat anti-rabbit IgG was obtained from Cell Signal Technology (USA). NC membranes (Millipore 135) and Ultra-15 3 kDa centrifugal filters were obtained from Millipore (USA). The sample pads, absorbent paper and plastic backing were obtained from Jinbiao Biotech (Shanghai, China). BCA kits were obtained from Beyotime Biotechnology (Shanghai, China). The ES commercial ELISA kit was obtained from Qiagen (Germany).
XYZ3060 dispenser was obtained from Biodot (USA). A TRF fluorescence quantitative analyzer was obtained from Weice Biotech (Nanjing, China). A UV lamp was obtained from Shenzhen Feike Technology (Shenzhen, China).

Sartorius (USA) provided the nitrocellulose (NC) membrane (CN140). Mouse anti-pig IgG antibodies and rabbit anti-goat IgG antibodies were obtained from Beijing Biolab Technology (China). Carboxyl group-modified europium nanoparticles (EuNPs) were purchased from Thermo Fisher (USA). 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethyl carbodiimide (EDC) was purchased from Tokyo Chemical Industry (China). Bovine serum albumin (BSA) and Tween-20 were obtained from Solarbio (China). N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) was purchased from Sigma Aldrich (Japan). 2-morpholine ethanesulfonic acid (MES) was purchased from Genview (China). Proclin300 was obtained from Yuanye Biology (China). Jinbiao Biotech (China) provided the samples, conjugates, absorbents, and plastic backing. Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibodies were obtained from Cell Signal Technology (USA).The TSOL18 Recombinant protein was synthesized by Sangon Biotech (China) [23 (link)].
The UV lamp was purchased from Shenzhen Feike Technology (China). The fluorescence quantitative analyzer was from Weice Biotech (China). The XYZ3060 dispenser was obtained from BioDot (USA) and XYZ three-dimensional gold spraying instrument HM3230 was from Jinbiao Biotech (China). The XM-P15H ultrasonic cleaner was purchased from Xiaomei ultrasonic instrument (China).

Pgp3 LFAs in cassettes for field testing in Togo were manufactured at CDC as previously described^{18 (link)}. The production of Pgp3 LFA-dipsticks at CDC for the LFA-gold assay has also been previously described^{19 (link)}. Pgp3 LFA-dipsticks for the LFA-latex assay were manufactured at CDC as follows: a nitrocellulose membrane (Sartorius, Bohemia, NY) and an absorbent pad were placed on a backing card with a 1–2 mm overlap. Pgp3 protein (0.5 mg/mL) and biotinylated bovine serum albumin (BSA-biotin, 1.0 mg/mL; Arista Biologicals, Allentown, PA) were dispensed onto the nitrocellulose membrane at a rate of 0.1 µL/mm using a BioDot XYZ 3060 dispenser (BioDot, Irvine, CA) and then dried overnight in a desiccator cabinet with a relative humidity of less than 20%. Dried membranes were cut into 4 mm strips using an A-point guillotine cutter (Arista Biologicals) and stored at room temperature in a desiccator cabinet with a relative humidity of less than 20%.
