Apoptosis Analysis of CF33-NIS Infected Cells

For Annexin V, caspase-3, or PI staining, cells were infected with CF33-NIS at an MOI of 5 in 3 mL of medium supplemented with 2.5% FBS. After 1-h incubation, cells were washed twice with PBS before addition of complete growth medium.
